Artwork Upload

Sending artwork to LED Lightbox is very simple. Please read our notes below to see what options you have when sending your artwork to us.

Supplying Your Own Lightbox Artwork?

We have three options available:

1. Use our Automated Proofing Studio

Once you have paid for your order online you can use our automated proofing studio to check that your artwork is suitable for print. This will allow you to upload files and instantly view your artwork proof. Once you are happy with your designs, you can send your order directly to print.
This is the fastest way to print your order.

2. Upload With Your Order

Once you have paid for your order online follow the instructions on screen to upload your artwork using our website. We also email you instructions.
Artwork uploaded with your order is manually checked by our graphics team for any issues that may affect the final print quality. We will send you an artwork proof to sign off before sending to print.

3. Send Via WeTransfer

Once you have paid for your order online follow the instructions on screen to upload your artwork using the WeTransfer service. WeTransfer typically supports larger file sizes. We also email you instructions. Artwork sent via WeTransfer is manually checked by our graphics team. We will send you an artwork proof to sign off before sending to print.

Need Help Designing Your LED Lightbox?

We offer an in-house, professional graphic design service for all the Display Lightboxes where one of our in-house creative design team will work with you to bring your branding to life. Experts in their field, they will take your design brief and create a design that meets your needs perfectly. The final design will not go to print until you are completely happy with it and you confirm final sign off.
